About Us

Meet The Team

Here’s the team behind Corinna Dental. Our dentists work at all three of our practices, and their combined knowledge and skill covers many areas of dentistry, including IV Sedation dentistry, anti-snoring devices, and cosmetic dental treatments.

Dr Stephen Marshall

Dr Marshall has nearly thirty years experience of working in general dental practice in both New Zealand and Australia, and this depth of experience helps him in handling and treating anxious patients; his gentle manner creating a relaxed stress free environment. Steve’s main area of interest is amalgam free dentistry and endodontic work (root canal therapy).

Dr Caitlin Frampton Reid

Dr. Caitlin Frampton Reid was born in Canberra, although some of her patients don’t believe it. Her lovely Canadian accent is a souvenir of extensive overseas travel in her childhood and teenage years.

Caitlin commenced her dental journey by first studying Medical Science at the Australian National University. She then earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery at Melbourne University.

With her family still based in Canberra, Caitlin happily returned home in 2018 and joined Corinna Dental. She currently works in all three of our locations.

Caitlin has a holistic approach to dental care, as she believes good oral health is only achievable taking the whole person into account.

Since some patients feel quite anxious when they visit the dentist, Caitlin has made it her mission to become skilful at calming nerves and making patients feel welcome and comfortable during their appointments. She enjoys working with children and helping them get well on the road to a lifetime of excellent dental health.

Outside of dentistry, you’re likely to find Caitlin cycling, skiing, travelling, knitting, reading or learning new skills. Among her bucket list items is to ski the 6th steepest run in the world again.

Our Practice History

A little about our Dental Surgeries In Woden, Brindabella Business Park and Deakin.

Dr Chris Hardwicke joined Dr Jim Granger in the present Woden room site in 1989. (The practice had in fact been in this location since Corinna Chambers itself was originally built, in the 70s). The practice has always offered intra-venous sedation as a means of helping anxious patients overcome their dental fears.

In 2013, the Deakin practice joined the Group and we are now able to offer comprehensive dental care across three sites, with a range of clinicians.

Staff move between the three surgeries, so for existing patients familiar faces can be seen in all of our rooms.
